2nd KSTBA Open Trios Tenpin Bowling Tournament to start in Bangalore

Karnataka State Tenpin Bowling Association (KSTBA) is organizing its 2nd KSTBA Open Trios
Tenpin Bowling Tournament, from 28th to 30th Nov at Amoeba, Church Street, Bangalore.
44 teams comprising of 132 bowlers from 12 different states will be competing in this three-day
event.
International medallists Shabbir Dhankot (TN), Akaash Ashok Kumar (KAR), Dhruv Sarda (DEL),
Shoumick Datta (KAR) and Defending Champions “Xtreme Strikers Bengaluru” led by Former
National Champion Vijay Punjabi (KAR) will be seen in action.
Total prize money at stake will be 3.35 Lakhs.
• Winning team will take home Rs 1,20,000 + Medals
• Runners-up will take home Rs 75,000 + Medals
• Third and Fourth position will take home Rs 35,000
• 5th position to 8th position : Rs 15,000 each
• Team with highest average in a block of 4 games: Rs 10,000
Round 1 and Round 2 will be played on classic format whereas Round 3 and Stepladder round will
be played on Baker format.
All participants will compete on WTBA 3rd Philippines Open 2019 (43”) oil pattern.
