Matt Duchene played a pivotal role in the Stars’ triumph, contributing two goals and an assist. His impact was particularly felt in overtime when he set up Harley’s decisive goal with a precise cross-ice pass. Earlier, Duchene had opened the scoring for Dallas in the first period, following a skillful give-and-go with Tyler Seguin.

Jason Robertson also found the net for the Stars, capitalizing on a neutral zone turnover forced by Roope Hintz, and converting it into a successful 2-on-1 breakaway. Joey Daccord, in goal for Seattle, made 24 saves but couldn’t stop the Stars’ offensive onslaught, especially in the crucial moments of overtime.

The Stars’ victory was a testament to their ability to capitalize on opportunities and make a strong push in the tightly contested game. As they continue their impressive run, the Kraken will aim to regroup and find consistency in their upcoming matches.
