PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Flyers extended their winning streak to five games with a commanding 5-1 victory over the Dallas Stars at Wells Fargo Center on Thursday. Owen Tippett led the charge with two goals, while Sean Walker, Cam Atkinson, and Scott Laughton also contributed to the scoring.

Morgan Frost provided two assists, and goaltender Samuel Ersson made 14 saves for the Flyers, who matched their longest winning streak of the season. Their performance was particularly noteworthy as they outshot Dallas 14-1 in the first period and 43-15 overall.

Tyler Seguin scored the lone goal for the Stars, who had won four of their previous five games. Stars coach Peter DeBoer acknowledged the team’s poor performance, citing their inability to match the Flyers’ intensity and compete effectively.

Philadelphia’s victory was marked by efficient play and preparation, with Walker opening the scoring in the first period. Tippett’s two goals, especially his second-period strike, underscored the team’s confidence and cohesive effort.
