- Jared Banner has been promoted to Assistant General Manager. He joined the Cubs in 2020 and was previously Vice President, Player Development.
- Andrew Bassett has been elevated to Vice President, Professional Scouting, after serving two years as Director, Pro Scouting/Special Assistant to the President & General Manager.
- Meghan Jones has been promoted to Vice President, Baseball Strategy. She initially joined the club in 2016 and was previously Director, Baseball Operations – Administration and Strategy.
- Garrett Chiado is now the Senior Director, Baseball Operations – Professional Acquisitions, following roles as Director, Pro Strategy and Director, Pro Analytics.
- Jason Kanzler joins the organization as Director, Player Development. He comes from the Houston Astros organization, where he was the Major League Coach and Assistant Hitting Coach.
- Ryan Otero is promoted to Director, Pitching after serving as Assistant Director, Pitching in 2023.
- Kyle Chin is elevated to Director, Baseball Technology, having been the Assistant Director in the same department.
- Scottie Munson is named Assistant Director, Amateur Scouting, after serving as Coordinator in the same field.
- Will Remillard is promoted to Assistant Director, Hitting. He was previously Manager, Hitting Development.
