The design includes eight prongs inspired by a diamond ring, a base with net detail representing both conference championship trophy bases, and various symbolic elements like the 23” height for the inaugural year, 30 net openings for the NBA teams, and 35 lbs weight representing the tournament structure.

- Awarded To: The Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
- Design Elements: Matching the championship trophy in color, it features a black and gold scheme with a design mirroring the championship prong design. The trophy’s dimensions and weight are carefully chosen to represent various aspects of the NBA and the tournament, including the number of teams and groups involved.
NBA In-Season Tournament Medals
- Awarded To: Each player of the Championship team.
- Design Significance: These medals, a customary award in basketball tournaments, bear the “NBA In-Season Tournament Champions” inscription and feature a silhouette of the NBA Cup. The design also includes symbolic elements representing the semifinal teams.

They stand 7.5 inches tall and weigh 20 pounds each, symbolizing the achievement and stature of the all-tournament team players.
