National, 15 December 2023: Royals Sports Group-owned franchise, Paarl Royals, today announced a soaring partnership with Airlink, naming the airline as the Official Airline Partner of the team for the upcoming 2024 season of the SA20.

As a team that consistently strives for excellence both on and off the field, Paarl Royals is delighted to align with Airlink, Southern Africa’s leading regional airline with a strong commitment to service, reliability, and connecting communities.

The partnership between Paarl Royals and Airlink signifies a shared commitment to excellence, a passion for the sport, and a dedication to fostering growth within the local community. With Airlink on board as the Official Airline Partner, Paarl Royals aims to soar to new heights, both in terms of on-field performance and community engagement, by connecting fans and supporters across South Africa.

The association is not limited to the cricket field, as both entities plan to engage in various promotional activities and digital campaigns. Fans can expect a unique blend of cricketing excitement and travel experiences throughout the season.

Airlink, renowned for its commitment to quality service and extensive regional connectivity, is the team’s official carrier for the tournament and will fly the squad and support staff between their matches taking place in Paarl, Centurion, Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).. The collaboration aims to enhance the overall fan experience and strengthen the team’s presence in Southern Africa.

The SA20 2024 season is scheduled to kick off on 10 January, with the Paarl Royals commencing their campaign against the Pretoria Capitals at Boland Park on 12 January 2024.
